Application
Especially suitable for mechanical equipment, machine tools, and other applications involving continuous high-intensity and high-speed bending of drag chains. Particularly suitable for long-distance high-speed drag chains and sliding applications under 100 meters. The TY2006 series drag chain cables have been widely used in indoor drag chain systems in woodworking machinery, stone equipment, laser equipment, glass equipment, as well as in the packaging industry, logistics industry, and 3C automation.

Conductor:
Fine bare copper stranded wire with high bend strength, conforming to DIN VDE 0295 Class 5 and IEC 60228 Class 5
Insulation:
High mechanical performance TPE polymer insulation
Core Wire Color:
For cross-sectional area < 0.5 mm²: uses colored core wires for distinction, with colors conforming to DIN 47100 standard. For cross-sectional area ≥ 0.5 mm²: one yellow-green ground wire combined with black core wires marked with white numbers.
Stranding Method:
The core wires are twisted in a layered manner with optimal pitch.
Overall Shielding: High-strength tinned copper wire shielding, optical coverage ≥ 85%
Outer Jacket:
Modified high-strength PVC polymer
