1.Drag Chain Bending Test

Test method: Take a 2-meter finished cable assembly, bend it with a radius 6 times the outer diameter of the cable, move it back and forth for a travel distance of 900mm at a speed of 90 cycles per minute.

Judgment criteria: 1. Over 10,000,000 cycles of reciprocating movement without open circuit or short circuit. 2. No breakage in the sheath.

2.Two-wheel bending test

Test method: Take a 5-meter finished cable, according to the specified pulley diameter and weight of the load, the pulley moves back and forth at a speed of 0.33 meters per second, with a movement distance of more than 1.0 meter.

Judgment criteria: 1. Over 500,000 cycles of reciprocating movement without open circuit or short circuit. 2. No breakage in the sheath.

3.90-degree bending test

Test method: Take a 2-meter finished cable, bend it with a radius 2.5 times the outer diameter of the cable, using the specified weight according to the standard, and bend at a speed of 40 cycles per minute.

Judgment criteria: 1. Over 200,000 cycles of reciprocating movement without open circuit or short circuit. 2. No breakage in the sheath.
