試験方法: 2 メートルの完成したケーブル アセンブリを取り、ケーブルの外径の 6 倍の半径で曲げ、90 サイクル/分の速度で 900 mm の移動距離を前後に動かします。
判定基準： 1. 1000万回以上の往復運動で断線や短絡がないこと。 2. シースに破損がないこと。
2.二輪曲げ試験
試験方法: 5 メートルの完成ケーブルを使用し、指定されたプーリーの直径と負荷の重量に従って、プーリーは 1 秒あたり 0.33 メートルの速度で前後に移動し、移動距離は 1.0 メートルを超えます。
判定基準： 1. 50万回以上の往復運動で断線や短絡がないこと。 2. シースに破損がないこと。
3.90度曲げ試験
試験方法: 完成した長さ 2 メートルのケーブルを、規格に従って指定された重量を使用して、ケーブルの外径の 2.5 倍の半径で曲げ、毎分 40 サイクルの速度で曲げます。
