Robot body cable testing standards
1.Vertical torsion test
Test method: Take a 2-meter finished cable, fix the distance at 200mm, rotate the angle at positive and negative 180 degrees, and perform torsion at a speed of 12 times per minute for 1 minute each time.
Judgment criteria: 1.No open circuit or short circuit after exceeding 500,000 cycles of back and forth movement. 2.No cracking in the sheath.
2.2D torsion test
Test method: Take a 2.5-meter finished cable, fix the distance at 1 meter, apply the standard specified weight, rotate the angle at positive and negative 90 degrees or 180 degrees, and perform torsion at a speed of 60 cycles per minute.
Judgment criteria: 1.No open circuit or short circuit after exceeding 5,000,000 cycles of back and forth movement. 2.No cracking in the sheath.
3.3D torsion test
Test method: Take a 1-meter finished cable, fix the distance according to the standard requirements. The upper part is bent at positive and negative 90 degrees, while the base rotates at positive and negative 180 degrees. Perform bending and torsion at a speed of 30 cycles per minute
Judgment criteria: 1.No open circuit or short circuit after exceeding 5,000,000 cycles of back and forth movement. 2.No cracking in the sheath.
4.Two-wheel bending test
Test method: Take a 5-meter finished cable and, according to the specified pulley diameter and weight, move the pulley back and forth at a speed of 0.33 meters per second with a travel distance of at least 1.0 meter. Judgment criteria:

5.90-degree bend test

Judgment criteria: 1.No open circuit or short circuit after exceeding 1,000,000 cycles of back and forth movement. 2.No cracking in the sheath.
6.Bending and rotating test
Test method: Take a 1.5-meter finished cable, fix the distance at 300mm, with a bending radius of 150mm, and rotate at a speed of 50 revolutions per minute.
Judgment criteria No open circuit or short circuit after exceeding 50,000 cycles of back and forth movement. No cracking in the sheath.
