Insulation:
High mechanical performance TPE polymer insulation
Core Wire Color:
For cross-sectional area < 0.5 mm²: uses colored core wires for distinction, with colors conforming to DIN 47100 standard. For cross-sectional area > 0.5 mm²: one yellow-green ground wire combined with black core wires marked with white numbers.
Stranding Method:
The core wires are twisted in a layered manner with optimal pitch.
Overall Shielding: High-strength tinned copper wire shielding, optical coverage ≥ 85%
